This planned 4,600 metre drill program included both step-out and in-fill drill holes and focused primarily on electromagnetic conductors ‘A’ and ‘C’. A few other conductors and magnetic anomalies were also tested during this drill program. Highlights of these assay results include:

• Drill hole PB-12-27A intersected 29.11 metres of graphitic carbon (“Cg”) in four intersections with grades ranging from 2.07% Cg to 4.84% Cg, including 9.35 metres at 4.84% Cg, and 9.34 metres at 3.37% Cg;
• Drill hole PB-12-32 intersected 16.70 metres at 2.62 % Cg;
• Drill Hole PB-12-33 intersected 31 metres at 1.34% Cg; and,
• Drill hole PB-12-34 intersected 148.05 metres Cg in two intersections with grades ranging from 1.16% Cg to 10.92% Cg, including 89.50 metres at 2.96% Cg;

“These assay results demonstrate the continuation of the graphite mineralization to the north along electromagnetic conductor ‘A’. Subsequent drill programs will test the northern extension of this conductor as the mineralization remains open along strike and at depth,” said Afzaal Pirzada, Rock Tech’s Vice President of Exploration and interim CEO.

To date, the Company has received and announced assay results for thirty drill holes and seven trenches. Assay results for the final five drill holes completed during the fourth quarter of 2012 are pending.

Quality Assurance/Quality Control

All core samples are logged and split by wet diamond saw with half sent to the lab for analysis and half stored securely on site. The core sample lengths typically average 1 metre but vary depending on geological boundaries. Additional QA/QC procedures include inserting blanks and standards into the core sample stream at industry standard intervals with duplicate core samples taken at intervals of twenty. Core samples are prepped and analyzed by Global Mineral Research Limited in Burnaby, British Columbia. During analysis, the core samples are dried, pulverized, leached and roasted at 450° Celsius and 1200° Celsius with measured weights taken between double ignitions. The laboratories also conduct duplicate and internal standard samples at intervals of ten as part of their QA/QC program.

Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, April 16, 2013 – Rock Tech Lithium Inc. (TSX-Venture: RCK; Frankfurt: RJIA) (the “Company” or “Rock Tech”) announces updated assay results for two drill holes at its Lochaber graphite project in Quebec.

The assay results of these drill holes, PB-12-10 and PB-12-11, were originally disclosed in a news release on January 7, 2013.  After interpreting the assay results, the Company sent the remaining core intersections not initially submitted to the laboratory.

Highlights from these two drill holes include:

• Drill hole PB-12-10 intersected 56.62 metres of 3.19% graphitic carbon (“Cg”), and
• Drill Hole PB-12-11 intersected 57.58 metres of 2.01% Cg.

The above mentioned drill holes tested the graphite mineralization along electromagnetic conductor ‘C’.  The electromagnetic conductors were identified during geophysical surveys in September, 2012 (click here to view a map).

• Drill hole PB-12-06 intersected 134.97 metres of graphitic carbon (“Cg”) in three intersections with grades ranging from 1.66% Cg to 3.22% Cg, including 111 metres at 3.22% Cg, 13 metres at 1.66% Cg, and 10.97 metres at 2.50% Cg, and
• Drill Hole PB-12-07 intersected 57.58 metres of Cg in four intersections with grades ranging from 1.92% Cg to 5.13% Cg, including 25.66 metres at 3.16% Cg, 9.32 metres at 2.30% Cg; 8 metres at 5.13% Cg, and 14.60 metres at 1.92% Cg.

The above mentioned drill holes were the first to test the graphite mineralization along electromagnetic conductor ‘C’. The electromagnetic conductors were identified during geophysical surveys in September, 2012 (click here to view a map).

While this conductor is constrained to the south by our property boundary, it remains open to the north and at depth. Vancouver, BC, Canada – March 14, 2013 – Rock Tech Lithium Inc. • Drill hole PB-12-18 intersected 88.50 metres of graphitic carbon (“Cg”) at various depths with grades ranging from 1.76% Cg to 4.72% Cg, including 44.10 metres at 3.18% Cg, 14.27 metres at 2.63% Cg, 11.17 metres at 4.24% Cg and 9.36 metres at 4.72% Cg, and;
• Drill Hole PB-12-19 intersected 134.96 metres of Cg at various depths with grades ranging from 2.56% Cg to 3.58% Cg, including 91.71 metres at 2.36% Cg, 18.68 metres at 4.44% Cg and 4.75 metres at 3.55% Cg.

Interest in the graphite potential of the Buckingham region of Quebec has increased markedly as of late with several companies staking claims in close proximity to Rock Tech’s property and/or announcing exploration plans.

“The results from our drilling programs continuously confirm the presence of extensive graphite mineralization on the property. The greater widths received recently have prompted us to submit additional samples from the first phase of our drill program. These results, in addition to the remaining sixteen drill holes, will be released as soon as they are received,” said Afzaal Pirzada, Rock Tech’s Vice President of Exploration and interim CEO.

As mentioned previously, visual inspections of the drill core collected from drill holes along electromagnetic conductor ‘A’ suggest this graphite zone extends for over 800 metres while remaining open to the north, south and at depth. Similarly, visual inspections of the drill core collected from drill holes along electromagnetic conductor ‘C’ suggest this graphite zone extends for over 600 metres while remaining open to the north, south and at depth

The Company’s geophysical surveys and drill programs have focused exclusively on the Plumbago area of the property which includes only four of the thirty-two claims subject to the property option agreement. The maiden NI 43-101 resource estimate will be based solely on this area. Surface samples taken from the Kelly, McLaren and Burke areas of the property returned graphite results up to 22%.

To date, the Company has received and announced assay results for nineteen drill holes and seven trenches. Assay results for the final sixteen drill holes completed during the fourth quarter of 2012 are pending along with resubmitted core samples from the first phase of drilling.

Quality Assurance/Quality Control

All core samples are logged and split by wet diamond saw with half sent to the lab for analysis and half stored securely on site. The core sample lengths typically average 1 metre but vary depending on geological boundaries. Additional QA/QC procedures include inserting blanks and standards into the core sample stream at industry standard intervals with duplicate core samples taken at intervals of twenty. Core samples are prepped and analyzed by Global Mineral Research Limited in Burnaby, British Columbia. During analysis, the core samples are dried, pulverized, leached and roasted at 450° Celsius and 1200° Celsius with measured weights taken between double ignitions. The laboratories also conduct duplicate and internal standard samples at intervals of ten as part of their QA/QC program.

Vancouver, BC, Canada – February 25, 2013 – Rock Tech Lithium Inc. (the “Company”) (TSX-V: RCK) is pleased to announce that, subject to regulatory approval, it has entered into a loan agreement with BTI International, a private partnership specializing in providing venture finance to micro-cap and small-cap companies, to provide Cdn$600,000 debt financing (the “Loan”).  The proceeds of the Loan will be used for working capital purposes and to deal with short-term obligations.  The Loan is secured by way of a general security agreement over all of the Company’s present and after-acquired personal property.  The Loan will bear interest at a rate of 10% per annum.  The principal amount of the Loan, along with accrued interest thereon, will mature and be due and payable on February 25, 2014.

The principal amount of the Loan and interest accrued thereon may be converted at the Lender’s option to acquire shares of the Company at a price of $0.10 per share.  Any securities issued in connection therewith will be subject to a statutory hold period.

Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, February 25, 2013 – Rock Tech Lithium Inc. (TSX-V: RCK; Frankfurt: RJIA) (the “Company” or “Rock Tech”) announces additional assay results from the drill program it announced on December 10, 2012. This planned 4,600 metre drill program included both step-out and in-fill drill holes and focused primarily on electromagnetic conductors “A” and “C”. The electromagnetic conductors were identified on the Plumbago area of the property during geophysical surveys in September, 2012 (click here to view a map).

Highlights of these assay results include:

• Drill hole PB-12-16 intersected 108.36 metres of graphitic carbon (“Cg”) at various depths with grades ranging from 1.60% Cg to 12.78% Cg, including 67.95 metres at 2.18% Cg, 13.08 metres at 2.84% Cg, 23.72 metres at 2.78% Cg and 3.61 metres at 1.60% Cg, and;
• Drill Hole PB-12-17 intersected 45.54 metres of Cg in two intersections with grades ranging from 2.56% Cg to 3.58% Cg, including 44.34 metres at 2.56% Cg and 1.20 metres at 3.58% Cg.
