LOI with James Bay Midarctic Developments and Lithium One Terminated
Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, October 27, 2009 – Rock Tech Resources Inc. (TSX-Venture: RCK; Frankfurt: RJIA) (the “Company” or “Rock Tech”), pursuant to its press release dated October 20, 2009, announces that the letter of intent to acquire 100% undivided interest in lithium properties covering approximately 4,665 hectares in northwestern Ontario has been terminated and the parties have agreed not to proceed with the proposed acquisition.

The Company is currently evaluating other lithium projects and will continue to work on developing its Kapiwak lithium property in the James Bay area in Quebec.
