Rock Tech Grants Stock Options

Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, July 24, 2020 Rock Tech Lithium Inc. (TSX-V: RCK) (the “Company” or “Rock Tech”) announces that it has granted 250,000 stock options to a director and officer of the Company. The stock options have an exercise price of $0.60 per share and will expire on July 23, 2025.

Additionally, the Company has granted 20,000 stock options to a consultant. The stock options have an exercise price of $0.60 per share and will expire on July 23, 2022.
